Colophon: "Pandemic Dreams is an edition of 15 artist books created from 2020 to 2021. Inkjet printed on Superfine Cover paper. Additional papers: Canson Mi-Teintes, Madeleine Durham paste paper, Japanese Kosuke paper with Kozo fiber. Paintings, text & design: Mari Eckstein Gower, Engineering and fabrication: Kat Gower." Colophon: "On the one side of the pages, I explore how we regard masks as both protection and containment by using origami forms to cover parts of the faces. The waves in my paintings contain not only monsters but also pleas for medical help in multiple languages. On the back side of the book, I've included a selection of quotes I collected while in lockdown."
