Handmade book with plywood covers sewn Coptic-style. A variety of printing techniques was used for texts and images including letterpress and laser printing. Some text handwritten by the artist and printed from relief blocks. Includes some shaped pages. Non-adhesive binding. A metal-framed rainforest image on the center of front cover. Includes 3-D lenses in pocket for viewing two images in the book. Contains several stories and anecdotes about conservation efforts and a digital print of a Leatherback turtle laying her eggs, with the tale of a team of ecologists helping the injured turtle dig her nest. Limited edition of 125 copies, signed and numbered.
