Abstract:
"Artificial intelligence (AI) is systemically disrupting service industries, businesses, and labor forces. Because this shift is happening faster than policy and regulation can keep up, companies and individuals need to consider a diverse, equitable and inclusive approach to build more responsible AI solutions. Within the intersection of technology and humanity there are opportunities to create the conditions for positive change as we adapt to challenges ahead and navigate ethical considerations in smart service system integration. Leveraging AI technology while incorporating DEI principles will provide a holistic approach to intentionally design the best possible version of the future together." --Abstract
