Abstract:
“This thesis aims to analyze the future luxury hotel’s customer experience strategies as they relate to the forecasted consumer trends of the next decade (2023-2033). This analysis and forecast has become essential for the future of luxury hotel brands at both the boutique level and franchised level after the consumer travel mindset shifted post-COVID-19 pandemic. It is the responsibility of the luxury hospitality industry to define a new experience that balances providing consumers with what they think they need and what they’ve never realized they needed. The comprehensive research (including scenario plans, case studies and proposed customer experience adaptations) will assist luxury hotels in evaluating the future of the industry as it relates to their developing relationship with consumers.” –Abstract
