Abstract:
"With the development of global digitization, information continues to affect people's lives, and human beings constantly face constant information. In this digital age, rumors, pseudoscience, and false information are modified and embellished for ulterior motives to make others believe in the 'truth.' When the truth is altered, distorted, and manipulated, it leads to flawed thinking and emotions. At the same time, people are starting to use electronic devices at a much younger age, which means that more and more children are exposed to, rely on, and are addicted to electronic devices. Misleading information from electronic devices can be the biggest obstacle to a child's cognitive development because children's worldviews guided by wrong thinking are unstable, and it is easy to be manipulated during adolescence. Therefore, recognizing and judging information through critical thinking has become a necessary survival skill in an era when false or biased information is ubiquitous. This thesis focuses on children's thinking, game theory, and design thinking to help children learn to investigate and distinguish information and develop critical thinking skills. Board games are the best way to allow them to independently analyze and determine the information to help the children train and use necessary thinking skills." --Abstract
