Abstract:
“Games play an irreplaceable role in children's education. In an age of child-addictive video games, safer paper games are desperately needed to help educate children. Children sometimes meet difficulties in understanding mathematics through textbooks, so mathematics has become one of the subjects that need the most help from games. Among many games, mazes have become the best choice for assisting children's mathematics education due to their simple and flexible rules and excellent ability to combine with graphics. Combining theory and practice, this thesis analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, and current situation of gamification education and then analyzes and summarizes innovative game strategies. Applying the innovative strategy of the writing components in the visual parts, Lanck in the Mazes was produced.” –Abstract
