Abstract:
"This thesis uses allegories of social status and unfairness from traditional Korean folklore Jeon WooChi and combines them with elements of cyberpunk to visually illustrate the effects of advancement of technology on Korean society. To amplify the aesthetics of cyberpunk genre and the story, this thesis will use visual effects to create the visual concept narrative of the dystopian world of the near future where South Korea is controlled by technology and the people are dependent on technology lifestyle." -- Abstract
