Abstract:
Vector art commonly used within the editorial illustration market. However, much of its application can be seen used in either fun and humorous contents, or in infographics. While vector art is mainly used to illustrate more light-hearted content in the editorial illustration market, it is a versatile art form that can address deeper and darker topics. The simplified style of vector art allows the concept of the illustration to stand out without any unnecessary distraction within the picture plane to better convey the emotions of the story to the general masses.
