"The purpose of this project is to develop a Motion Graphics tool that can be used in homes and classrooms by children between the ages of seven and eleven to help manage their thoughts....The range of questions that will be answered in this research are as follows. What is mindfulness and what age is the human mind capable of achieving it? What is the best way for children to learn about mindfulness? Is the screen useful in teaching these techniques or a distraction? How have masters in the field of Motion Graphics taught children? What is the best way to teach mindfulness using the screen? Directly or indirectly or in tandem? What is gained through a more mindful life?" --Abstract
