Abstract:
"This thesis explores the history of branded logo transitions and the role of transitions in television network logo animations. Due to the development of technology and the competition between broadcast companies, channel ID animations play a key role in TV network branding. Branded transitions can be of benefit to television network logo animations because they can create time-efficient animations that communicate for integrated branding messaging and tones."
