Abstract:
This thesis focuses on the history and development of the film crew. It reflects on the
potential for recent technological advances in the camera, post-production, and visual
effects to change crew organization. It also investigates areas in which organizational
shifts have already occurred. The aim of this thesis is to raise questions about the way
in which feature films are produced.
