Abstract:
This thesis is an exploration of interactivity in immersive environments and the development of a guest's relationship with the attraction's story. The focus in this design is in creating a more personal experience for the guest through methods such as more intimate spaces and physical interaction with the surroundings. The final result is a theme park walkthrough attraction based on the Ghostbusters intellectual property that allows guests to roleplay as members of the ghost-hunting team.
