Abstract:
As India is trying to make its niche in the modern global market it needs to strengthen
its social infrastructure by providing an equal opportunity. Attempts have been
made to strength this infrastructure, but none of them have been on a long term basis. India
needs to address this issue through a sustainable development. This thesis attempts to sustain -
human development, social development, economic development and
environmental development by creating a prototype for communal living.
