Abstract:
This thesis explores auditory properties and visual depictions of human memory and
the concept of time through a review of previously developed artwork related to
human reminiscence and the process related to producing the creative project
component. In this thesis I will demonstrate that, while visual representations of
human remembrance can be stunning and powerful, an audio interpretation can more
deeply explore the elements of this elusive concept through exploring multiple
nuances and complexities of human remembrance within one evolving piece.
