Abstract:
Establish an aquarium that integrates a program of recreation, education and entertainment, which can attract
tourism to the area of Luquillo, Puerto Rico. This thesis focuses on strengthening and connecting marine
and terrestrial ecosystems which abound Puerto Rico and the Caribbean area; allowing at the same time to
expand the study program of the University of Puerto Rico.
