Bay St. and Savannah River -- East from the Exchange
Description:
Black and white stereograph image of the riverfront and Factor's Walk with the double image affixed to orange backing paper. The title mentions that the view is looking East from the Exchange and that could refer to the Cotton Exchange Building on East Bay Street or the City Exchange Building which was on Bay Street and Bull. The City Exchange had a tall cupola which might have provided a good view of the riverfront. The stereograph was published by E. and H. T. Anthony of New York.
