Double-page spreads are numbered 1-9; no. 5 appears on sheet that unfolds to double height, no. 4 appears on verso of top half of no. 5. Loose prints on sheets 21 x 26 cm., except no. 5, on folded sheet that unfolds to 41 x 26 cm. Numbered 1-9, with unnumbered title sheet at beginning and additional unnumbered print at end. Publisher's quarter gray cloth and white paper boards. "Drum leaf" binding, in style devised by Tim Ely. Laid in one compartment of a gray cloth-covered clamshell box, with title sheet and loose prints in another compartment. Edition of 75.
