Abstract:
|
“This thesis shall focus on breathing life into the under-represented Cajun folklore in animation by studying different methods of movement for various monsters. In order to truly understand monsters in film, the source of this idea, the history of cryptids will be explored before diving into a breakdown of Cajun culture and Cajun folklore. Finally, a dissection of the creature movements will be analyzed and a study on possible animal references will be conducted in order to determine different possible methods of movement.” –Abstract
