A story is not necessarily told in linear narrative, sometimes it can have multiple storylines that lead to different ends, like a garden of forking paths. This concept is often interpreted as “multi-universe” or “parallel world”, that every reality merely exists but never interferes with the others. Therefore, a
narrative can be embedded into another and the audience can experience a complex labyrinth rather than a linear storyline. This thesis focuses on creating a looping narrative with 3D CG in different approaches, techniques and styles. -- Abstract
