Abstract: 
"Hybrid Animation is a method of combining 2D and 3D animation assets into one animation. In this thesis, the main discussion is of an application of Hybrid Animation to build an animation scene with 3D technology, and drawing character animation with 2D methods. This thesis is divided into two parts. The first part examines the use of hybrid animation methods in the animation film, Tekkon Kinkreet. The second part examines the hybrid animation techniques used in the thesis film."
