Abstract:
"This thesis centers on my struggle to bring truth and innocence to a character born from violence and pain. Portraying an eighteen-year-old Jeffrey Dahmer in the short film 'Jeffrey', I was faced with the challenge of depicting an infamous serial killer on-screen. In order to find the reality of Dahmer’s world, I drew upon the training and methodologies learned from my time at Savannah College of Art and Design."
