Abstract:
|
This thesis explores a way of bridging the disconnect between humans and nature The built environment facilitates this disconnect by many times blocking natural processes and disrupting biodiversity. Knowledge of how to better integrate a building in the natural environment exists but is slow to be adopted. This thesis deals with how to promote behavior that will lead towards environmentally conscious decisions and a mutually beneficial relationship between humans and nature.
