Abstract: 
The focus of this thesis is on connection and influence of the Metabolism Group and Sustainable Design and integration of the metabolism into a building. The Urban Model building will be developed which will be able to be modified its spaces for different users and functionalities and by doing that will response to a rapidly changing environment, financial concerns and other surrounding factors. The easily plugged in and out modular will address the flexible and multi functionality of the building, which will result in better use of the spaces and also allow a possible positive influence on the surroundings areas. The surrounding areas will benefit from large retail area, open green space, office and also living spaces. This type of building can be described as multi-functional, allowing design the to fit the needs of the site and place in which it is built.
