Portrait of a young girl wearing a sailor hat and dress with a middy collar and puffy long sleeves. She is seated on a wicker bench. This sailor style came into fashion around 1890 and was used for sports wear, swim wear, and children's clothing. Back of the card is blank. The photographer is William H. Hoffman who was a photographer at 240 Bull Street in the 1899 Savannah City Directory.
